DC Boxing

Development

Age 9+
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Term time) 5pm – 5:45pm

This session is designed for young people age 9+ who would like to train to be part of our boxing club. In these sessions you will learn the fundamentals of boxing, to more advanced work, with the Amateur club boxing coaches. Potential to get carded and box for the club.

These sessions are free, so anyone can come and try boxing and get involved and will also feature fitness circuits and workouts.

(Parents please drop off and pick up – no parents allowed to stay in the gym)

We do have gloves but recommend you bring own gloves and hand wraps.

Adult

Age 16+
Tuesday and Thursday (Term Time) 7pm – 8pm
Saturday (Term Time) 11am – 12pm

These sessions are designed for adults of all abilities to train like a boxer. These sessions are £5 and will be delivered by our Amateur boxing coaches.

No sparring in these sessions, but will learn boxing fundamentals to more advanced work, and boxing fitness.

A great session for a good workout, improving physical and mental wellbeing, whilst learning to train like a fighter.

WomEn & Girls

Age 10+
Saturday (Term time) 10am – 11am
£5 Per Session

Women’s and girls only boxing – Thanks to people like Katie Taylor & Terri Harper, women’s boxing has really been put on the map. This is something we want to encourage in our communities by getting more women and girls involved in the sport. We run weekly girls and women’s only boxing sessions for anyone who feels more comfortable, for all abilities.

Age 18+
Tuesdays (Term Time) 6pm-7pm
£5 Per Session

For all abilities, these sessions are tailor made to work for you. Meet new people, improve physical and mental wellbeing and get a good workout.

In Partnership with Rotherham recovery community, these sessions are a good way to chat with our team and feel supported. Go at your own pace and have fun.
